Waring Facilities Management is a specialist commercial and industrial cleaning company founded in 1975 — originally trading as AW Cleaning — and now in our second generation. We're based in Clitheroe, Lancashire, and we work across the North West.
Our focus is the cleaning jobs that ordinary contractors either can't or won't do — TR19-compliant kitchen extraction cleaning, industrial machine and production-line cleaning, high-level access work using IPAF-certified MEWPs, pressure washing, and commercial gutter cleaning. We don't chase every brief. We do the hard ones, and we do them properly.
We're trusted by over 100 schools across the North West, alongside hotel and restaurant groups, food manufacturers, industrial sites, heritage properties, and commercial property managers. Some of our clients have been with us for over a decade — which is the standard we hold ourselves to.
Every job starts with a proper site survey and a fair quote. We document everything we do — pre- and post-clean photographs, signed compliance certificates where required — so you have what your insurer, your EHO, or your auditor wants to see.
